Job Basics

The main function of Jobs in Bullhorn Recruitment Cloud is to capture and store the job requirements for new positions and to link the Account (client), Hiring Manager, and Recruiter. The Job Object is a custom Bullhorn Recruitment Cloud Object.

Job Record Types

The three Job Record Types include:

  • Consulting: Temporary position
  • Permanent: Permanent position
  • Retained: Permanent or Full Time positions that are exclusive to certain vacancies, such as Executive Management
