Viewing and Downloading Paystubs

This feature is for Bullhorn One Users only. This feature is not available for candidates / employees to download their own paystubs. Contact your agency if you are an employee looking for your own paystubs.

You must have a Greenshades integration to use this feature. Contact Bullhorn Support to enabled this feature.

The View Paystub feature allows users to view and download candidate paystubs. Follow the steps below to navigate to a paystub and download it.

1. In Bullhorn ATS, navigate to the Candidate record.

2. Select the Paychecks tab.

3. Select the binoculars icon next to the paycheck you'd like to view.

4. On the Paycheck slideout, select the Paycheck File tab.

5. Select the blue Download button to download the paystub.

You must have the appropriate entitlements to View or Download Paystubs. Contact Bullhorn Support to update your entitlements and ensure you have the access you need to view and edit this information
