Replacing PDFs
When there are changes to the PDF used to build a form, the new form can be uploaded to replace the original. Follow these steps to replace the PDF.
- In the Form Manager The tool for building digital Forms menu, click the title of the form you need to update.
- Click Upload New PDF.
- Select the new PDF from your file explorer.
- A modal opens.
- Select Replace Form Any document that needs to be completed and signed by a Candidate and Keep Fields to add or edit any fields. A new window opens for you to adjust fields on the PDF.
- Select Replace Form and Remove Fields. Drag and drop the fields on the updated PDF.
- When finished, select Next.
- Click Save.
- Select Leave from your browser’s prompt to save changes and return to BH Onboarding.
The new PDF must have the same number of pages as the PDF it is replacing for retaining fields.
