Jobs Not Entering Automation
This issue may be caused by incorrect re-entry settings for the Amplify Screening - Generate Questions automation. Ensure that the automation is set to allow re-entry of jobs that have the same sales contact, but not to allow re-entry of the same job.
Amplify Screening Audio Playback Disabled
Candidates may encounter an audio playback disabled error if their browser or operating system is set to "Always Deny" microphone access to either the Amplify Screening website or the browser.
To prevent this issue, provide applicants with the troubleshooting information below.
System-Level Workarounds
Users can have websites blocked from accessing their microphone at a system level even if the browser is set to allow it. Here’s how to unblock this access:
On Windows (10/11)
