Screener Engagement
The Screener engagement type is only available with Bullhorn Amplify Edition.
The Amplify Screener uses AI to automatically generate tailored screening questions for candidates based on both their profile and the job they’re being considered for. It’s designed to save time, improve candidate matching, and make every interaction more meaningful.
How the Screener Engagement Works

Create screening questions on a job. You can create questions manually or generate them using the Add Questions automation step.

Next, create a Screening Engagement that will screen candidates against the questions on the job.

Add the Screener to an Automation using the Send Engagement step. Candidates are invited to complete a screening experience, and their responses are analyzed by AI to surface insights and streamline your decision-making process.

You can view screening metrics via View Metrics in Bullhorn Automation, or on the Screening Dashboard in Bullhorn Analytics.
