Company Settings Tab in Bullhorn Automation

The Company Settings tab in Bullhorn AutomationSettings allows administrators to configure global settings for their organization.   • Time Zone: Determines the default time zone for scheduled automations.

  • Country: Defines the organization's primary country, which may influence formatting settings.

  • Preferred Date Format: Allows selection of the default date format (e.g., MM/DD/YYYY or DD/MM/YYYY).

Email Branding

The Email Branding card controls the look and feel of automated emails sent through Bullhorn Automation. These settings help maintain a consistent brand identity across all communications.

  • Logo Upload: Upload your organization's logo for use in automated emails.

  • Primary Color: Define the primary brand color for email styling.

  • Home Page URL: Set the homepage URL included in emails.

  • Job Page URL: Specify the URL where recipients can browse job openings.

  • Contact Us URL: Provide a direct link for recipients to contact your organization.

Email Footer Settings

The Email Footer Settings card allows users to configure the unsubscribe footer included in outgoing emails. This section ensures compliance with global email regulations and provides recipients with clear information on why they are receiving messages.

Ensuring accurate and up-to-date footer information is critical for email compliance and avoiding spam filters.

Engagement Branding

The Engagement Branding card customizes the chat widget and engagement tools that appear to candidates and contacts. This allows organizations to create a branded experience for interactions.

  • Header Color, Header Text Color, Header Focus Outline Color: Customize the colors of the chat widget header and focus outline.

  • Button Color, Focus Outline Color: Set colors for interactive buttons and focus outlines.

  • Chat Header Icon, Chat Header Text: Configure the icon and text appearing in the chat widget.

  • Default Candidate Chat, Default Sales Contact Chat: Define pre-set chat interactions for candidates and sales contacts.

  • Default New Visitor Chat Prompt Message: Enable or disable the chat prompt message and customize the welcome message displayed to new visitors.
