Amplify blueprints are built to help customers with Bullhorn Automation Amplify Edition hit the ground running and get the most out of Bullhorn’s AI-powered features, like the AI Assistant and Amplify Screener.

Candidate-Based Amplify Blueprints

BH Enrichment Agent - Candidate

Use AI to enhance candidate records with high-quality, tailored content (Requires AI Assistant).

How it Works: Triggers the Enrich step to apply your chosen AI Assistant prompt to a specified candidate field. Once complete, the record owner receives a notification.

Why it Matters: Uses the power of AI to generate high-quality, consistent content. Perfect for automating candidate summaries and improving record accuracy at scale.

Job-Based Amplify Blueprints

BH Enrichment Agent - Job

Use AI to enhance job records with high-quality, tailored content (Requires AI Assistant).

How it Works: Triggers the Enrich step on a job record to apply your selected AI Assistant prompt to a specified field. Once complete, a notification is sent to the record owner.

Why it Matters: Uses the power of AI to automatically generate content. Perfect for creating polished, engaging public job descriptions at scale.

BH Screening Agent - Generate Screening Questions

Automatically generate targeted screening questions for new job records (Requires Amplify Screening).

How it Works: When a new job is opened, this automation triggers the Add Question step to create relevant screening questions tailored to the role.

Why it Matters: Eliminates the manual work of crafting screening questions for each job. The generated questions can be used with the Amplify Screener to consistently and efficiently assess candidate fit.

Submission-Based Amplify Blueprints

BH Screening Agent - High Score Notification

Automatically alert your team when a candidate receives a strong screening score (Requires Amplify Screening).

How it Works: When a candidate receives a screening score above 75 for a job, the job owner receives an immediate notification.

Why it Matters: Enables job owners to quickly identify top candidates, helping them fill roles faster and stay ahead in the hiring process.

BHScreening Agent - Invite to Screen

Invite candidates to complete an AI-powered screening (Requires Amplify Screening).

How it Works: When candidates are added to a designated list, they’re automatically invited to begin screening via Bullhorn’s AI Screener.

Why it Matters: Speeds up early-stage qualification and ensures a consistent, unbiased screening experience, saving recruiters time and enhancing the candidate journey.
