Placement Blueprints
This article provides an overview of the available blueprints for Placement-based automations. Blueprints are prebuilt automation templates that help you get up and running quickly without needing to start from scratch. Each blueprint can be customized to suit your specific workflows and business needs. For details on blueprints for other entities, visit the Blueprints Landing Page.
Nurture
Blueprints in the "Nurture" category help recruiters stay connected with placed candidates by capturing feedback, strengthening relationships, and supporting future redeployment opportunities.
Capture Candidate Satisfaction
Send recurring surveys to gauge candidate satisfaction.
How it Works: Sends recurring surveys to gather feedback from candidates at key points in their journey (e.g., after placement, onboarding, or assignment completion).
Why it Matters: Helps recruiters monitor satisfaction levels, identify areas for improvement, and create a more positive candidate experience over time.
Redeployment Notifications
This blueprint notifies the recruiter when a candidate's contract is nearing its end and sends a feedback survey to the candidate after the contract is completed.
How it Works: As a candidate's contract approaches its end date, the system sends an automatic notification to the assigned recruiter, reminding them to take action for potential redeployment. After the contract is complete, a feedback survey is sent to the candidate to gather insights about their experience and identify opportunities for future placements.
Why it Matters: Redeployment is a key strategy to maximize candidate engagement and reduce downtime between assignments. By automating notifications and gathering feedback, recruiters can stay proactive in offering new opportunities to candidates before their contract ends. This increases redeployment rates and ensures a smoother transition between assignments, enhancing candidate satisfaction and retention.
Onboard
Blueprints in the "Onboard" category are designed to help streamline the onboarding process, ensuring new hires feel supported and engaged from the moment they’re placed through their first few months on the job.
Onboard and Engage New Hires
When a candidate is placed, this blueprint kicks off a series of automated communications to keep the new hire engaged and informed throughout their journey.
How it Works:
- Confirm Start Details: Once the candidate is placed, an initial message is sent to confirm start details.
- Pre-Start Check-In: A few days before their start date, the system sends a reminder to confirm that everything is on track.
- Wish Them Luck: On the first day, the candidate receives an encouraging message to make their first day a little brighter.
- Follow-Up After the First Day/Week: Check in with the new hire to ask how things are going and provide any necessary support.
- 90-Day NPS
Net Promoter Score. A metric used to measure customer satisfaction, loyalty, and enthusiasm. Survey: At the 90-day mark, the system sends a survey to gauge the new hire’s experience and satisfaction, providing valuable feedback to improve future onboarding efforts.
Why It Matters: A well-structured onboarding process ensures new hires feel welcome and supported, which can improve job satisfaction, reduce early attrition, and enhance long-term engagement. Automating these key touchpoints saves time for recruiters while ensuring a consistent experience for every candidate. The 90-day NPS survey provides insights that help your team continuously improve the onboarding experience.
Process
Blueprints in the "Process" category are designed to reduce manual effort by automating routine, time-consuming tasks. These workflows help keep your database clean, accurate, and up to date so your team can focus on higher-impact work.
Update Missing Candidate Position Title from Placement
Automatically fills in missing candidate titles based on their current placement.
How it Works: This automation identifies placed candidates with a blank Title field and updates it using the Job Title from their most recent placement.
Why it Matters: Keeps your candidate records complete and accurate, so your team can spend less time on admin and more time placing talent.
Post-Hire
Blueprints in the "Post-Hire" category are designed to support continued engagement as a placement nears its end. These automations help maintain strong candidate relationships, gather insights, and increase the chances of successful redeployment.
Redeploy Candidates via Text
Engage candidates nearing the end of their contract to increase redeployment rates.
How it Works: Automatically notifies the recruiter when a contract is nearing its end and initiates a text message to the candidate about new opportunities.
Why it Matters: Ensures candidates stay engaged and reduces the time between assignments, improving redeployment rates and reducing downtime for candidates.
