Creating a Chat

  1. Navigate to the EngagementsClosed Using Automation to interact with Candidates and Clients. Typically done through Survey and chatbot. tab and select Add Engagement.
    • When creating an Engagement, there is a selection of a variety of Survey and Chat blueprints or a new one can be created.
  2. Select a BlueprintClosed A prebuilt template in Bullhorn Automation for commonly used automations. under Start from Blueprint or Select Blank Engagement under Start from scratch
  3. When Start from Scratch is selected click the Engagement Type:
    • Candidate-based - Creates an Engagement for Candidates
    • Sales Contact-based - Creates an Engagement for Sales Contacts
    • Submission-based - Creates an Engagement for submissions containing associated Candidate or Sales Contact information
    • Placement-based - Create an Engagement for Placements containing associated Candidate or Sales Contact information for collecting feedback or connecting at an assignment's end
    • New Visitor-based - Creates an Engagement for new visitors that navigate to the website.
  4. Give the Engagement a unique name.
  5. After selecting the Engagement type enter a unique name and select Chat.
  6. Click Save.
  7. Start adding steps to create the Chatbot Engagement.
