Screener Engagement Metrics

To view the results from a screener engagement, select View Metrics from the Select Action option from the EngagementsClosed Using Automation to interact with Candidates and Clients. Typically done through Survey and chatbot. page.

Summary

The Summary page includes Screener Stats and Voice Screening Step metrics:

Screener Stats

This view includes the following:

  • Started Rate and Completed Rate to track candidate progression

  • Emails Sent and Email Open Rate to monitor email campaign performance

  • Text Sent and Text Click Rate to evaluate SMS engagement effectiveness

  • Bounce Rate and Unsubscribe Rate to identify delivery issues and recipient preferences

These metrics provide an overview of your screener's outreach performance from initial contact through to completion.

Voice Screening Step

This view includes the following:

  • Started Rate to gauge initial engagement

  • Completed Rate to assess full completion

  • Average Duration (mm:ss) to evaluate the typical time candidates spend on the screening process.

Additionally, it includes metrics for the following:

  • Successfully Answered responses

  • Skipped questions where candidates chose to bypass specific inquiries

  • Analytics for Follow-up Questions

Analytics for Follow-up Questions highlights instances where the screener dynamically generated additional questions based on candidate responses. These follow-ups weren't predefined in the job record but were posed alongside the standard screening questions.

Responses

The Responses page includes responses to any chat questions asked as part of the screener engagement.

Currently, questions and responses from the voice screening segment aren't reflected in the metrics reporting. They can be accessed in the summary, which can either be added as a note with the submission or emailed after a completed chat, provided this option is enabled in the screening settings.
