E-Verify

Bullhorn Onboarding offers a direct integration with E-VerifyClosed to improve the overall user experience. Once the candidate completes Section 2 of their I-9Closed, the Onboarding Representative can create an E-Verify case manually or automatically based on their preference.

Benefits

This integration provides the following value:

E-Verify Service Availability

At times, E-Verify may be unavailable due to external factors, such as a government shutdown or system maintenance. If this happens, we recommend temporarily disabling the Auto Order E-Verify setting to prevent delays in processing.

To adjust this setting, navigate to:

Configuration > Settings > System Settings > Form I-9 & E-Verify > Auto Order E-Verify after signing of I-9 Section 2

Once E-Verify is back online, you can re-enable the setting and resume verification as usual. Stay tuned to official updates for the latest information.

See the article for E-Verify Case Creation for information on how to manually create cases.
