E-Verify Dashboard
The E-Verify An online system that confirms the eligibility of an Employee to work in the United States. The process compares information entered by an employer from an employee’s Form I-9, Employment Eligibility Verification, to records available to the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and the Social Security Administration to confirm employment eligibility. Dashboard in Talent Platform provides a centralized view for managing and tracking E-Verify cases. Recruiters can filter, search, update, and export case data to streamline their employment verification process.
The dashboard helps ensure compliance, reduces manual tracking, and provides visibility into each candidate’s case status all in one place.
Common Reasons You Might Use the E-Verify Dashboard
-
Review the status of open or closed E-Verify cases:
-
Identify cases that need recruiter or employer action:
-
Track pending responses from E-Verify or Crimcheck:
-
Search by applicant name, case number, or document expiration date:
-
Monitor cases with expiring work authorization to ensure re-verification:
-
Export verification data for compliance and audit reporting:
Using these features together ensures faster case resolution and greater confidence in compliance tracking.
Filtering by Case Updated Date
At the top of the dashboard, users can filter by Case Updated Date, which indicates the last time an active case was updated by E-Verify.
-
Closed cases are not refreshed by the system and typically do not require attention when processing new E-Verify cases.
-
The Case Updated Date helps organize the E-Verify grid, making it easier to focus on the most recent cases.
The default for Case Updated is the last 60 days but the other options include:
-
24 Hours
-
7 Days
-
30 Days
-
60 Days
-
180 Days
-
365 Days
-
Custom
-
When Custom is selected it gives the option to enter a start date and end date.
-
The range selected cannot exceed 365 days.
To keep things running smoothly, date ranges are optimized to a maximum of 365 days.
This helps ensure:
-
Quick load times
-
Real-time, reliable insights
-
A seamless experience every time you log in
Our goal is to give you the information you need without any slowdown, so you can stay focused on what matters most, your talent.
Filter by Actions Required
At the top of the E-Verify Dashboard, recruiters can view key case counts and apply quick filters to focus on cases that need attention.
Each tile represents a specific Actions Required category and dynamically updates the case list below based on the selected Case Updated date range.
Available categories include:
-
Closed: Displays cases that have been fully completed and authorized by E-Verify. Closed cases are typically used for reference or compliance review.
Cases that are Closed with an Employment Authorized result now display in green instead of yellow, making it clear at a glance which cases are fully resolved.
-
Action Required: Highlights cases that need recruiter or employer action, such as data verification, follow-up, or documentation updates.
-
To Close: Displays cases ready to be finalized and marked as closed once all required steps are complete.
-
Pending Response: Lists cases awaiting a response or confirmation from E-Verify. These often represent cases in progress or pending verification results.
-
All: Displays every case within the selected date range, regardless of status.
Importing Updates
The E-Verify case list updates automatically on a regular schedule. For the most up-to-date information on a specific case, click the case number to open the slide-out and view real-time details.
The Import Updates button triggers a manual sync with E-Verify. If a scheduled sync is already in progress, using this button may queue an additional one immediately, which can cause delays or unnecessary load. We recommend relying on automatic updates unless real-time syncing is absolutely needed.
Filtering E-Verify Cases
A drop-down menu allows users to filter cases by:
-
E-Verify Cases: Customers that are using the native E-Verify integration (AbleVerify) can select E-Verify Cases to show the details.
-
Crimcheck Cases: Customers who have used Crimcheck can select Crimcheck from the drop-down to view and take action on their Crimcheck E-Verify cases.
-
Submission Failures: Submission Failures will be a list that will generate why an E-Verify case was not created successfully.
After selecting a category, users must click VIEW to apply the filter.
Advanced Search
The Advanced Search feature provides powerful filtering options to help recruiters locate specific E-Verify cases quickly and efficiently.
Recruiters can use one or multiple filters at once to narrow down results and focus on cases that require review or action.
Available Search Filters
-
Notify-By Range: Filter cases based on their upcoming notify-by date. This helps recruiters focus on cases that are nearing a follow-up or response deadline.
-

-

When a complete 15-character case number is entered, the system automatically bypasses other activity filters, allowing the case to appear regardless of date or status.
-

If colors don’t appear, refresh your browser or clear cached files to reload the latest interface updates
If a specific case doesn’t appear in search results:
-
Enter the complete 15-character case number to bypass all activity filters and retrieve the exact record
If import updates seem delayed:
-
Avoid triggering multiple Import Updates manually in short intervals
