Error when parsing or registering: "List has no rows for assignment to SObject"

"List has no rows for assignment to SObject"

When parsing or registering, the error above displays when the candidate record type settings for either the Accounts or Contacts needs to be adjusted.

Adjust Contact Settings

1. Go to Setup > Customize > Contacts > Record types

2. Check the active checkbox for Candidates

1. Go to Setup > Customize > Accounts > Record types
