Non-Parse Resume Attachments

Resumes parsed with the naming convention ending in "Non-Parse" and data from resume not parsing in to Record.

You will notice the following things with this issue:

• Resume Last Updated = Blank

• Attachment naming convention will end with "Non-Parse"

• Skill, Employment History, Education History all do not parse.
  

Resolving

• Check permissions on Guestsite and Portal Profiles

• Check the read, create, edit and delete permissions for

  • Skills

  • Education History

  • Employment History

• ​Navigate to the Custom Tab Settings.

• Switch the following tabs from Tab Hidden to Default On.

  • Education History

  • Employment History
