Skilling Candidates in CV / Resume Workbench
Skilling the Candidate
The Skills tab in the right pane is more than just a list of skills. It is a tool that enables you and other members of your organization to assess the skills of the candidate.
If you do not see the Rate Skills section on the right, click on the Rate Skills icon next to the Sort Control, or click one of the NR (Not Rated)
buttons.
Skilling the candidate is as simple as dragging the selector left and right to save your assessment of their skills.
The sorting control provides four standard views.
The initial selection is the Skill Name A-Z setting, which lists skills in alphabetical order. The Skill Name Z-A setting lists skills in reverse alphabetical order. Both settings make sense when there are no ratings.
The Rating High-Low setting enables you to display the candidate's strengths at the top of the list. The Rating Low-High setting enables you to display the candidate's strengths at the bottom of the list.
