Error: Resume Shows "Loading" and JS Logo in Resume Viewer Screen
Jobsciencehas an integration available with LinkedIn Recruiter. This 'window' of access allows you to view data between the 2 systems. If this integration is enabled but configured incorrectly, functionality within Jobscience will be affected - the Resume Display Pane will fail to load.
If you encounter this behavior, there is a quick test to confirm LinkedIn Recruiter is the root cause. Follow the below steps, logged in as a system admin, to disable LinkedIn Recruiter.

Navigate to Setup > Develop > Custom Settings > Manage for Social Settings > Edit.

Disable (Uncheck) the option Enable LinkedIn Recruiter.

Save your changes.
Now you will want to access a Candidate Contact Record, if the page loads, including the Resume Display Pane, the root cause issue is with LinkedIn Recruiter. The configurations within LinkedIn Developer will need to be revisited to correct before re-enabling LinkedIn Recruiter within Jobscience.
Jobscience Customer Success has documentation available regarding the LinkedIn Recruiter configuration that is necessary for a proper setup. However, most configuration issues with LinkedIn Recruiter are the URL's captured inside LinkedIn Developer under the Javascript and Auth 2.0 sections. The below are examples of the URL's LinkedIn Developer requires. These are examples, so you will need to replace na35 with the Salesforce server instance or company for the custom domain enabled for your organization.
