Skill Mappings List
ATS Skills
ATS Skills refer to the options that are pulled in for each field in your ATS. These are displayed in dropdown menus on your dashboard. Some are freeform text boxes, and some support multiple selections.
ATS Skills are refreshed every 24 hours. If you add a new option to a field in the ATS, you can immediately pull this into VMS Sync by clicking the Refresh Skills button on the Skill Mapping page.
VMS Skills
VMS Skills refer to a combination of a type and specialty that VMS Sync has found. For example, "Operating Room Registered Nurse" is a VMS skill.
