Automation Dashboard

The Bullhorn Analytics prebuilt Automation Dashboard integrates with your Bullhorn Automation application, allowing you to view metrics related to your automation engagements. For details on the definition of each metric see Automation Metrics Dictionary.

You'll only see this dashboard if you have access to Bullhorn Automation and have automation data in your system. If either is missing, the dashboard doesn't appear in your Dashboards list.

General Navigation and Filters

  1. Log into Bullhorn Analytics and select the Dashboards module at the top of the screen.

  2. Select Open in the sidebar to see the dashboards available to you.

  3. Select Automation Dashboard.

The dashboard toolbar contains options for filtering, refreshing data:

  • Refresh: Select the circular arrow icon in the top right to update all panels with the most current data from your Bullhorn system.

  • Filter: Select the filter icon to display or hide the dashboard top-level filters.

Automation Dashboard Panels

The Automation Dashboard contains the following sections:

General

These metrics have been grouped to give you a snapshot of your active Automations and survey responses. The trend chart clearly shows the performance of started vs. completed surveys over the selected timeframe.

Communication Performance

This section displays the total numbers along with the open, bounce, and click rates for your Automation sends.

The trend chart compares your open, click, and bounce rates for the selected timeframe. Additionally, to help identify trends based on days of the week, the bar charts display the Total Opens by Day of Week and Total Clicks by Day of Week for the same timeframe.

Net Promoter

Use this section to analyse the responders to your Automation Net Promoter Score (NPS) survey.

The Net Promoter Score Breakdown pie chart gives you a visual display of your responders. The NPS Detractors list highlights the NPS Survey Score and the Candidate Owner for each detractor.

NPS Score is calculated using the formula: (Number of Promoters — Number of Detractors) / (Number of Respondents) x 100.

Actionable Lists

These lists aggregate the records that may require your attention or action.

  • Use automated engagement to reach your pending starters or upcoming finishers who have had no recent activity.

  • Use the Jobs Added Missing One or More Key Data Attributes list to assist in cleaning up your data.

Metric Clickthroughs

You can click on any single metric in the Dashboard to view the underlying data details over the selected time period. The data is presented as a set of predefined columns containing relevant information such as Created Date and Candidate Name. Every column is sortable, and there is a search bar at the top of the page.

Deeplinking

Once you access the data details in the Metric Clickthrough, you’ll see that some of the data in the columns presented are hyperlinked. Clicking these links will take you to the relevant record in your Bullhorn ATS in a new tab.
