Viewing the history of your conversation
Other than just the back-and-forth communication, each Conversation in contains a detailed history of exactly how it has been managed over time!
You will be able to see exactly who responded and what their message content was. The Conversation history includes individual messages and any Campaigns the Contact may have been included in!
The timeline of the Conversation is clearly broken up into segments based on the date that the communication took place.
You will be able to see any time a Conversation was closed or manually reopened.
You will also be able to see any time the Contact was blocked, unsubscribed, or subscribed, and the user who performed this action!
