Managing Templates
Templates are pre-made text responses that you send to quickly reply to a contact.
Adding a Template to your Message

Select Templates beneath where you would type your text to a candidate.
A list of the Templates you have already created appears. It defaults to your own Templates, under Mine.

To see all Templates for your account, click the All button instead.

Select a Template to automatically add it into your messaging field with this contact.
Creating a Template

To create a new Template, click on the pencil icon.
A new menu opens where you can type your Template title and message content.

Select the emoji icon or + icons beneath the template content to add personalization to the message.

If you want to allow all users on your account to view the Template in the All tab, select the toggle next to Share with Account. Otherwise, the Template remains in the Mine tab.
You can only Share with Account if your user role is Admin on the account.

Select Save to save the template, or select Save & Use to save the template, and insert it into your message content.
Editing a Template

Click the template you would like to edit, or search for it in the search bar.

Select Save to save the template, or select Save & Use to save the template, and insert it into your message content.
Deleting a Template
To delete a Template, simply click the trash can icon next to the Template.
