The Actions Toolbar displays at the top of the Candidates A person looking for a job. Quick Add
Select the Quick Add icon to add a Job card to a stage.
- Click the button to open the Quick Add window.
- Choose a Job from the drop-down list and choose the stage to place the Job.

Unselect All
When more than one Job checkbox is checked on the Job cards, select the Unselect All button to clear all checkboxes.
Show/Hide Search
Select the Show/Hide Search button to search for a Job. Type all or part of the Job's title and press Enter on your keyboard to search. Select the Show/Hide Search button to hide the search when you're finished.
Mass Action
Mass Action When used in ATS or Search and Match UI, one of multiple actions available after user has selected a sub-set of Candidates allows you to move multiple Job cards at one time. You can either check the individual checkboxes near the Job title or select all Job cards in a stage by using the checkbox in the column header. Job cards in different stages can also be selected. Click the Mass Action drop-down arrow and select an option.
Some of the drop-down menu options might be disabled, depending on your selection. If the Job cards you selected are in different stages, you will only be able to move forward to the most advanced stage. For example, if you select a Job card in Application First stage of Job placement flow (Application> Submittal>Interview>Offer> Placement) and a Job card in Send Out The third Stage of Job application flow. This is when the recruiter sets up a job interview between Candidate and Client., the menu will only have Move To Offer The fourth Stage of Job application flow. This is when the candidate is offered the position (details about salary, locations etc are shared and candidate decides if he wants to take the job) / Move to Closing Report Fifth Stage of Job placement flow, a Candidate that reaches the Closing Report Placement stage has been assigned to a job. In BH4SF, a 'Closing Report' is a record that captures all the information related to the newly filled position (name of Candidate, position, salary, start date, which recruiter gets credit for the hire etc.) enabled.
Reject Selected
There are two ways to reject a Job:
- Select the x on the Job card.
or - Mark the checkbox on a Job card, then click the Reject Selected button from the Actions Toolbar.
- Clicking the Reject Selected option from the Actions Toolbar allows you to perform a mass rejection.

In the Reject Candidate A person looking for a job. A candidate can also be referred to as a Job Seeker, Applicant, or Provider. pop-up window that opens, type the reason for rejection in the Notes field and click Reject. The bar on the Job card will now display in red.
To undo the rejection, select the Undo Reject icon on the Job card. In the Reject Candidates pop-up window, type the reason in the Notes field and select Undo Reject. The bar on the Job card will now display in green.
Schedule Interview
Schedule Interview The third Stage of Job application flow. This is when the recruiter sets up a job interview between Candidate and Client. lets you quickly schedule an interview without having to drag and drop a Job card to the Send Out stage. Filter
The Filter button allows you to filter the Job cards to display All, Active, or Rejected Jobs.
