Job Source Details

  • Global Contact Search: Searches the Job object.
  • List Views: Shows the Job list views that the logged in user has access to.
  • Job Board Application: Only for Orgs that use the Job Board Application object to store applications that are sent in from an external Job Board. In the ATS v1 Job Finder, this source type will return Jobs with Job Board Application records associated to the Candidate.
  • Long List: The Long List object (formerly known as Opportunity Discussed) stores the data of Jobs in the pre-application stage. It is not included in the flows and back end triggers of the job stage objects (Application, Submittal, Send Out and Send Out Schedule, Offer, and Closing Report). However, it can be used in ATS v1 as a first stage and the Long List swimlane can be added to the Kanban board.
    • Whether or not you are using Long list in the ATS v1 Kanban, you can use Long List as a source type in the Job Finder. The Candidate name will be pre-populated at the top and the search will return every Job where the Candidate has been Long Listed.
