Admin: Configure Resume Manager Lightning Component Edit Contact Documents

Once the Edit Contact Document action has been enabled for the Resume Manager ActionClosed When used in ATS or Search and Match UI, one of multiple actions available after user has selected a sub-set of Candidates Lightning Component (RMLC), the Default field will be available in the Edit Contact Document modal window on the RMLC. Any other desired field needs to be configured.

Configuration for the Edit Contact Document modal window happens in the Edit Contact Document fieldset on the Contact Document custom object.

  1. Navigate to Setup Object Manager.
  2. Next to Contact Document click Edit.
  3. Click Fieldset > Edit Contact Document.
  4. From the Contact Document Section, drag and drop the fields you would like to show up in the Edit Contact Document modal window on the RMLC.
    • For example, click Phone and drag and drop it into the In the Field Set section.
  5. Click Save.
