Configure USAM Sorting via SOQL

If a Contact object field referenced in a table column is supported in SOQL sorting, then the column can be sorted.

For Favorites and Exclusions, you cannot configure which table columns can be sorted.

If a Contact object field referenced in a table column is supported in SOQL sorting, then the column can be sorted.

The following limitations apply to the sorting of Favourites and Exclusions:

  • AvailabilityClosed A Candidate's availability to work, CV, Favorite, Location, Ranking, and RankingScore columns can not be sorted
  • Columns that reference fields of type Address, Geolocation, Picklist (Multi-select), Text (Encrypted), Text Area (Long), and Text Area (Rich) can not be sorted
  • Sorting by a Picklist field depends on the picklist value order specified in the field definition in Setup.
  • Ascending sorting by a Picklist field shows records with no field value first.
