Billable Charge Detail Report

This is a retired report and no longer updated as new features are released. The Transaction Master Summary Report has replaced this report.

Overview

The Billable Charge Detail report provides a list of all billable charge details based on a Period End Date.

Bullhorn Support is able to assist you with navigating the sample reports but are unable to build customizations on the reports for you. You'll need a Business Intelligence specialist who is familiar with writing database queries.

Running the Report

When running the Billable Charge Detail report, you are prompted to select a period end date or multiple period end dates.

Fields

These data points are available to view in the report, grouped by Billable Charge ID:

Data item in report Definition
Billable Charge ID Billable Charge internal system ID (1 bill ID can consist of multiple bill master IDs)
Period End Date Period end date of the transaction
Candidate ID Candidate's internal system ID
Name Candidate's name
Employee Type How the employee is hired (i.e. W2, IC, etc)
Company Name The client's name
Job Title Job posting's title
Date Date the transaction occurred
Earn Code Code that defines the transaction by Time, Amount or Unit (i.e. Reg, OT, DT, Expenses, tests, etc)
Qty Amount or number of the transaction
Billing Rate Bill rate of the transaction
Amount Quantity * Rate
Invoice ID auto-assigned when the invoice is finalized. This is the ID used to pass onto the client and accounts receivable for reference.
Invoice Line Item Internal invoice line item ID

How to Change the Calculations

  1. Bullhorn recommends making a copy of the sample report before editing to retain the original report.
    • If you accidentally delete or overwrite the report, Bullhorn can restore the stock report.
  2. This report is built from the Billable Charge Analysis data items, add fields from data groups in that package.
  3. In the prompt to add at least one Period End Date, select a date then click Insert.
  4. Click OK to continue.
