Payable Charge Detail Report

This is a retired report and no longer updated as new features are released. The Transaction Master Summary Report has replaced this report.

Overview

The Payable Charge Detail report provides a list of all payable charge details based on a Period End Date.

Bullhorn Support is able to assist you with navigating the sample reports but are unable to build customizations on the reports for you. You'll need a Business Intelligence specialist who is familiar with writing database queries.

Running the Report

When you run the Payable Charge Detail report, you are prompted to select a period end date or multiple period end dates.

Fields

The report then displays information on the following data within your system, grouped by payable charge ID:

Data item in report Definition
Payable Charge ID Payable Charge internal system ID (1 pay ID can consist of multiple pay master IDs)
Period End Date Period end date of the transaction
Candidate ID Candidate's internal system ID
Name Candidate's name
Employee Type How the employee is hired (i.e. W2, IC, etc)
Company Name The client's name
Job Title Job posting's title
Transaction Date Date the transaction occurred
Earn Code Code that defines the transaction by Time, Amount or Unit (i.e. Reg, OT, DT, Expenses, tests, etc)
Quantity Amount or number of the transaction
Pay Rate Pay rate of the transaction
Amount Quantity * Rate

If You Want to Change the Calculations

Bullhorn recommends making a copy of the sample report before editing so you can retain the original report. If you accidentally delete or overwrite the report, Bullhorn can restore the stock sample report for you.

This specific report is drawn from the Payable Charge Analysis package which means if you want to add anything, it will need to come from that source.

When this report is modified, you are greeted with a prompt for a date range. This prompt is a validation check, the dates can stay the same and you can click OK to continue.
