Assessing Talent in JobscienceConnected Edition

Sourcers/Researchers developing relationships with talent must consistently assess the prospect. Jobscience has included 5 dimensions - Overall Status, Engagement Score, Talent Score, Cultural Fit Score, and Data Score.

1. Navigate to Chatter Notes and then Assess Action.

2. To update the status and scores on a Contact, go to the Notes icon for a specific Contact.
   Select Assess Action at the top, update the fields as desired, and then Update.
