Edit Email permissions

If the subject line in emails is grayed out or if you are unable to edit Rejection Emails, Forward Emails, or Review Emails, this article outlines the steps for how to enable Email Editing.

Enabling Email Edit Permissions

1. Navigate to Setup > Custom Objects.

2. Go to Manage next to AMS.

3. Edit and make sure the 3 settings Review email edits, Rejection email edits and send email edits are all ticked.
