Email Processing FAQ
What happens to the Email once sent?
The Email creates an Activity History and Engagement Stage record. Since the Emails create Records within Jobscience, Reports can be created for KPI purposes.
Do emails auto sync into my Gmail or Outlook application?
No. The Jobscience enhancements do not create an auto sync between the applications. A 3rd party integrator would be needed; EBSTA is a great option for Gmail and LinkPoint360 for Outlook.
Does this new email work with MailGun?
Yes! And it's actually recommended. Salesforce has a limit of 1,000 total emails sent a day while MailGun supports a daily limit many times that.
