Amplify for Admins
This topic covers what Bullhorn admins need to know to set up, configure, and maintain Amplify for their organization. If you are setting up Amplify for the first time, start with Get started with Amplify before using this topic.

Manage user access
Amplify Skills are enabled by Bullhorn during implementation. After provisioning, you can enable Amplify Chat access for your users.

Configure Features
Select a feature below to go to its configuration documentation. Contact your Bullhorn account team if you are unsure which features have been provisioned for your organization.

Handle common admin issues
The most common Amplify issues admins encounter, and how to resolve them.

A user cannot see Amplify features in their recordsConfirm that Amplify has been provisioned for your organization with your Bullhorn account team. If provisioning is confirmed and the feature still does not appear, ask the user to clear their browser cache and reload. If the issue persists, contact Bullhorn Support.

Note Enrichment changed fields the user did not want updatedNote Enrichment writes AI-generated content to fields mapped in your configuration when a note is saved. Review and adjust the field mapping in Menu > Admin > Amplify Admin > Entity Settings. Remove any fields that should not be overwritten. See Enrich Records from Notes for field behavior details.

Amplify was purchased but no one can see itConfirm that Amplify has been provisioned for your organization by checking with your Bullhorn account team. Amplify Skills are enabled by Bullhorn during implementation. See Get started with Amplify for the full setup sequence.
