Viewing Saved Automations

Overview

Effortlessly manage your workflows with the ability to view and organize saved automations in Bullhorn Automation. This guide walks you through accessing your saved automations, filtering and sorting options to quickly locate specific workflows, and tips for maintaining an organized automation library. Whether you're reviewing current campaigns, editing workflows, or planning new automations, this article ensures you can efficiently navigate and manage your saved automations to keep your processes running smoothly.

There are two views available on this page: List View and Map View. To toggle between them, click the buttons in the top right corner.

List View

List View shows all your saved automations in a list, along with the groups they belong to. You can also see at a glance the total number of active and non-active people in each automation, and whether an automation is currently syncing people.

When you save an automation, it will automatically go to the top of the list.

To find a specific automation in the list, use the Search bar in the top right.

Click the Actions dropdown to take action on an automation, including:

  • Copy
  • Delete
  • View Metrics

To see your hibernated automations, click View Hibernated Automations at the bottom left of the page.

Map View

Map View shows all your saved automations grouped into different workflow stages.

You can reorganize or add a new stage by clicking the Add/Edit Stages button in the top right corner.

There may be greyed-out areas in your stages with suggested automation blueprints to make your workflow smoother:

To create the suggested automation from a BlueprintClosed A prebuilt template in Bullhorn Automation for commonly used automations., click Add This. For more information on blueprints, see Using Automation Blueprints.

You can also add a new automation for a stage by clicking +Add automation at the bottom of a column.
