A Successful Candidate Off Limits policy is created to tag a candidate that has just been assigned to a Job as off limits. This keeps candidates from being contacted about other positions.

In Bullhorn Recruitment Cloud, assigning a candidate to a job is synonymous with creating a Closing Report using the product’s ATS. A Closing Report is the last stage of the application process. The Closing Report refers to the Job as well as the Candidate.
