Off Limits & Account Employment History Current Logic Checks

As part of the Off Limits engine calculations and recalculations, Bullhorn Recruitment Cloud code looks for a Contact’s system-designated Current Account in the following scenarios:

• Account Policy: Checked as part of Off Limits calculations to identify which Contacts should be marked as Off Limits due to their status as current employees of the Account specified in the policy.
• Contact Policy: No check because there is no reason to check for current Account when a Contact policy is created.
• Successful Candidate Policy: Checked as part of Off Limits calculations. Since the Successful Candidate policy has the same account as the Closing Report account, any change to the current Account results in the Candidate no longer being Off Limits.
• ATS Stage Policy: Checked as part of Off Limits calculations to determine if the Contact that the policy applies to should be excluded from becoming Off Limits based on the Internal Candidate rule.
