Steps to Create Custom User Roles
Creating Custom User Roles must be completed by a Talent Platform Support Analyst. Send a request to ote-support@bullhorn.com and make sure to include the following information:
- The name of the base role: this is the role that has the closest permissions to the custom role you want to create.
- The additional permissions you want to add. These might include things like, “Order E-Verify
”, “Delete Signed eDocs”, or “Edit a Location
”.
- The name of the new role.
- The users who should have this new user type.
