Steps to Create Custom User Roles
Creating Custom User Roles must be completed by a Talent Platform Support Analyst. Send a request to ote-support@bullhorn.com and make sure to include the following information:
- The name of the base role: this is the role that has the closest permissions to the custom role you want to create.
- The additional permissions you want to add. These might include things like, “Order E-Verify An online system that confirms the eligibility of an Employee to work in the United States. The process compares information entered by an employer from an employee’s Form I-9, Employment Eligibility Verification, to records available to the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and the Social Security Administration to confirm employment eligibility.”, “Delete Signed eDocs”, or “Edit a Location A branch of the Company, which can be customized with a logo and brand colors”.
- The name of the new role.
- The users who should have this new user type.
