Modifying Projects

Approvers must authorize that the employee time recorded for a period is accurate. Some employees may be set up with projects that they track their hours to. If Projects are enabled, you can view and adjust incorrectly entered Project details.

The following steps only apply if you have the Modify/Edit icon.

 

  1. To modify the project hours for an assignment, select the Edit icon from your main Approval Application screen.
  2. Select the Projects tab.

    Project hours cannot exceed daily total hours worked.

  3. The following actions can be done in edit mode:
    • Click into the existing project hours to edit them.
    • Select Add Project to choose an existing project to apply hours to.

    • Select the Minus icon to delete a project row.
    • Select Create Project to create a new project.
    • Select Manage Project List to add, delete, or modify existing projects.
  4. When you're done, select Approve Changes.
