Submittal Mapping

Submittal Mapping is a feature that decreases time-to-submit by allowing ATS data and defaults to be automatically set on the submission form fields.

With this feature, you can increase auto-population and maintain compliance across your organization with the following functions:

• Set defaults
• Make fields required
• Apply new labels
• Hide fields

These functions significantly reduce the need for manually copying and pasting data already available in ATS objects, such as the candidate's available date or the job owner, into submission forms.

Mapping can be managed at the credential level to accommodate credential-specific criteria.
