Common LinkedIn Error Messages
"No attempt to enable LinkedInApply was found for this job"
This message means the job has successfully synced from Bullhorn to LinkedIn, but LinkedIn Apply has not been enabled on LinkedIn's side. This is a LinkedIn-side configuration issue, not a Bullhorn configuration problem.
To resolve: contact LinkedIn Support with the Job ID and the LinkedIn job posting URL and ask them to verify the JobWrapping configuration for the affected jobs.
If LinkedIn Support Is Unresponsive
If significant time has passed since your last engagement with LinkedIn Support, LinkedIn may have closed the case on their end. If this happens:
-
Assume the original case is closed.
-
Open a new ticket by emailing LTSATSintegrations@linkedin.com.
-
If there is no response within 48 hours, escalate internally.
