How to Log In to Bullhorn ATS
Learn how to log in to Bullhorn ATS for the first time, how to log in on an ongoing basis, and what to do if you can't access your account.
If you're an admin setting up a new user account, see How to Add a New User Account in Bullhorn ATS.
Logging In to Bullhorn ATS
-
Go to the Bullhorn login page: https://www.bullhorn.com/client-login/
-
Enter your Username and Password.
-
Click Log In.
If your company uses Single Sign-On (SSO), you may be redirected to your company's identity provider — such as Microsoft, Google, or Okta — to complete authentication. Check with your IT team if you're unsure whether SSO is enabled for your account.
Logging In for the First Time
Your admin will provide you with a temporary username and password. After logging in successfully:
-
Select your name or avatar in the top-right corner and go to Preferences.
-
Update your password to something only you know. For steps, see Changing Your Bullhorn Password.
Don't share your Bullhorn username or password with anyone. Your login credentials are tied to your user account, and all activity in Bullhorn is recorded against the logged-in user.
Can't Log In?
Start with the checklist below. If you're an admin troubleshooting a login issue for one of your users, see Troubleshooting Bullhorn ATS Login Issues for the full admin guide.
Check Your Credentials
-
Make sure you're using your Bullhorn username, not your email address.
-
Passwords are case-sensitive. Check that Caps Lock is off.
-
If you've forgotten your password, ask your Bullhorn Admin to reset it. See Changing a User's Password.
Check Your Account Status
-
If your account is disabled, you won't be able to log in. Contact your Bullhorn Admin.
-
If your account is locked due to multiple failed login attempts or 90 days of inactivity, your Admin can unlock it. See Locking and Unlocking a User Account.
-
If you're accessing Bullhorn from an unfamiliar device or location, your access may be restricted by IP address or login hours. Contact your Admin to confirm.
Check for SSO Issues
If your company uses SSO and you're seeing an error, check with your IT team to confirm there are no company-wide authentication outages.
