Understanding Your Bullhorn Account
There are three key things you should know about your Bullhorn account:
- Who your Support and Account Contacts are – Support and account contacts are designated individuals at your company who can communicate with Bullhorn support for questions or changes. Everyone at your company should know who these individuals are.
- Examples: Contract changes, adding features, giving permission for users to work with support for issues they are having.
- Which Bullhorn product edition your company is using – Knowing which edition your company has will help you determine features that are available to you.
- Example: Team, Corporate, Enterprise, Healthcare, etc.
- Which Bullhorn cluster your company is on – Bullhorn’s robust infrastructure is comprised of multiple web servers that host many customers. Knowing which cluster you are on will help you troubleshoot any performance issues you might encounter.

Preparing to Make Changes
Before jumping into the Administrator tools and changing the application, we recommend you follow these guidelines:
- Think Through Changes – Confer with your colleagues to make sure the changes you want to enact make sense for all involved persons.
- Have a Plan - Review the plan with your users to make sure they understand the coming changes and give them time to prepare for the change.
- Document Changes - Once you perform the change, make sure you document what you did in case you need to reverse the changes later.
