Understanding the Placement Dashboard
The placement list features a dashboard view that, composed of cards, allows a more visual insight into your metrics. To view the dashboard, click the Dashboard button at the top of the placement list (to the left of the search field).
Onboarding Document Status
This card displays a bar graph detailing upcoming placement readiness. The "Ready for Work" document status indicates Placements without documents as well as those whose candidates have provided all of the necessary documentation. Placement who are shown as "Not Ready" indicate that the candidates have not provided all of the necessary documentation.
If you click on a "Days Until Start" range, all of the placements within that range display in a list below the graph with more detailed information.
Note that this card is only available if your company has the ATS/Onboarding integration, though it is not restricted by product edition. For more information, view the Understanding the Onboarding Integration article.
Starts and Ends
This card displays both the start and end dates of your placements in an easily digestible calendar format. Click either Day, Week, or All (i.e., the entire month) to view all the placements for that particular time frame.
- For both the day and week options, you must then select an actual day on the calendar to view the placements for that particular day/week, respectively. You can also scroll through past and future months and years using the arrow buttons.
- Note that placements with the status Terminated are not included on this card.
You can then toggle between the Starts tab -- for greater visibility into both recent/upcoming placement starts so you can make sure everything is in order before those placements actually begin -- and the Ends tab -- to keep an eye on those that are ending soon, with candidates who are ready to be placed again.
On both tabs, when you scroll down, you can view more details about each placement, based on the timeframe and tab you are viewing from the calendar:
