Housing Complex and Units
If your business places candidates in employer-provided or agency-managed accommodation, you can use Housing Complexes and Units to track housing locations, individual units, and their assignments alongside your placement records.
This is particularly useful in industries such as light industrial and healthcare staffing, where candidates may be placed away from home and require housing as part of their engagement.
For each housing complex you can set up individual units, add utility account details, and schedule furniture deliveries. Once a placement is created, you can assign a candidate to a specific unit and track move-in and move-out dates directly from the Housing tab on the placement record.
Before You Begin
Your user type must have the correct entitlements to view, add, and edit housing complexes and units. Contact Bullhorn Support if you need access.

FAQ
Why can't I see the Housing tab on a placement record?
This is likely an entitlement issue. Contact Bullhorn Support to ensure your user type has the required entitlements. If the tab is visible but empty, check that housing complexes and units have been set up by an admin.
Why can't I see housing complexes owned by other users or teams?
By default, you can only see housing complexes within your own scope. User type entitlements can extend visibility to housing complexes owned by anyone in your department, or remove scope restrictions entirely. Contact Bullhorn Support to ensure your user type has the correct entitlements configured.
