Automations Tab

The Automations Tab is where you can manage and monitor all the automated processes that streamline your agency’s workflow.

Automations in Bullhorn work using a simple "If THIS happens, then do THAT" logic. This tab provides a comprehensive overview of all active automations within your agency, making it easy to track their status and performance.

Key Features of the Automations Tab

Here’s what you’ll find on the Automations tab:

  • List of Active Automations: See all the automations currently running in your agency. This list contains the following columns.
    • STATUS: Quickly identify the status of each automation at a glance.
    • AUTOMATION NAME: The unique name given to each automation for easy identification.
    • ACTIVE COUNT: The number of contacts actively going through each automation.
    • TOTAL COUNT: The combined count of contacts who are either currently active or have completed the automation.
    • # OF STEPS: The number of steps involved in each automation.
    • GROUPS: The groups or entities that are affected by each automation.
    • ACTIONS: This column contains an action drop down menu that can be utilized to manage the automation. It includes the following options:
      • View Metrics: Gain deeper insights into the performance of each automation.
      • Copy Automation: Easily replicate automations as needed.
      • Delete Automation: Easily remove automations as needed.
      • Edit Groups: Modify the groups impacted by each automation.

If you have a lot of automations active, use the Search field to quickly find a specific one.

Creating New Automations
