Lists Tab
The Lists Tab is where you can manage and create targeted lists that power your automations.
Lists in Bullhorn Automation are essential for determining who or what to target with your automated actions. These lists can be made up of various entities gathered from your Applicant Tracking System (ATS), including:
- Candidates
- Contacts
- Leads (Enterprise only)
- Submissions
- Jobs
- Placements

Navigating the Lists Tab
When you access the Lists tab, you’ll see all the lists you’ve created. The Search field can be utilized to quickly find specific lists that have already been created. Click the Add New List button to build a new survey tailored to your needs.
The following columns are on this tab:
- LIST NAME: The unique name for the list, the entity is also listed here.
- USED IN: The number of automations the list is used in.
- TYPE: Indicates if the list type is Always Updated or One Time.
- GROUPS: Shows the groups in the list.
- ACTIONS: Contains a drop-down with the following options:
- Copy List: Easily replicate successful lists.
- Delete List: Easily remove lists that are no longer needed.
- Edit Groups: Update the groups associated with the list.
