Engagements Tab
The Engagement Tab is the go-to place for managing and creating surveys that help maintain constant communication with candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process.
Engagements Using Automation to interact with Candidates and Clients. Typically done through Survey and chatbot. are utilized for several different functions in Bullhorn Automation. These can include, but are not limited to:
- Updating candidate resumes
- Sending out surveys
- Using Chatbot to engage website visitors
- Communicate with the candidate throughout the application to placement process
- Data hygiene

Navigating the Engagement Tab
When you first land on the Engagement tab, you’ll see a list of all your current engagements. This makes it easy to manage and review your ongoing surveys.
The Search field can be utilized to quickly find specific engagements that have already been created. Click the Create New Engagement button to build a new survey tailored to your needs.
The list contains the following columns:
- NAME: The unique name for the engagement, it also includes the groups or entity used.
- USED IN: The number of engagement emails that it is used in.
- TYPE: Shows if the engagement is a chat or survey.
- QUESTIONS: Shows the number of questions within the survey.
- STARTED: The number of times the engagement was started by a recipient.
- COMPLETED: The number of times the engagement was completed by a recipient.
- ACTIONS: This column contains an action drop-down menu that can be utilized to manage the Engagement. It includes:
View Metrics: Gain insights into how each engagement is performing by viewing detailed metrics.
Copy Engagement: Easily replicate successful engagements.
Delete Engagement: Easily remove engagements that are no longer needed.
