Dashboard Tab

The Automation Dashboard, the central hub designed to give you a comprehensive view of how Bullhorn Automation is working to save you time and streamline your processes. It is the landing page where you can quickly see the impact of your automated actions. On the left side, you'll find a snapshot of these actions, including the time saved by automating various tasks. This gives you an immediate sense of the efficiency and productivity gains you're achieving.

Benefits of the Dashboard

  • Actionable Insights: By providing detailed insights into the types of actions performed, the dashboard helps you identify opportunities to enhance your automation strategy.
  • Enhanced Efficiency: Leveraging the suggestions for additional automations can lead to even greater efficiency and productivity gains.

By default, you will land on the Overview tab. However, you can also explore other tabs such as Candidates, Sales, or Contractors to view dashboards and metrics that are more relevant to those specific areas. While there are common details across these tabs, some metrics are unique to each one. For instance, the redeploy rates metric is available only on the Contractors tab, as it pertains specifically to contractor redeployment.

Exporting Data

At the bottom right of each dashboard, there is an "Export to PDF" link. This feature is particularly useful for sharing detailed automation insights with team members who may not have direct access to the dashboard. By exporting the data, you can easily distribute and discuss key metrics and performance indicators with your team.
