Frequently Asked Questions
Does enabling Task Hub affect existing candidate workflows?
Enabling Task Hub itself does not change existing workflows. Only the specific settings you configure within Task Hub will modify the candidate experience.
Can I disable Task Hub after enabling it?
No. If there are any issues, please contact support for further assistance.
What happens if I allow skipping skills checklists but don't enable automatic onboarding requests?
Skipped skills checklists will not be automatically created as onboarding tasks, meaning they may not be completed unless manually assigned later.
Do task list order changes affect candidates who already have active tasks?
Yes, task list display order changes apply immediately to all candidates, including those with tasks already in progress.
Can candidates download completed documents if I restrict edoc downloading?
When restricted, candidates can only download completed and signed edocs during the same session where they signed them. They cannot return later to download them.
