I-9 Settings

Enable Form I-9

Require SSN for Section 1

What it Does

Makes the Social Security Number a required field in Section 1 of the Form I-9.

Use Case

For clients that participate in E-Verify, which requires an SSN.

The SSN will be required if E-Verify through Talent Platform is enabled. If E-Verify is not enabled through Talent Platform, by default, the SSN will not be required. Toggle this on to require the entry of SSN or have the ability to check off that the candidate doesn’t have an SSN.

Enable Re-Entry of I-9 by Employee

Enable Second Signer Name/Email Prompt
