Adding a Location to a Short List

You would add a location to your Short List if you plan on using the Web Sourcing tab. When you add a location, then source the web, the location is taken into account when searching for relevant Candidates. The location calls for a state because that is what most queries require in order to return accurate results.

Adding a Location to a Short List

1. Navigate to Short Lists.

2. Go to the Name of the Short List in the List View.
   

3. ​Choose the Location box and select a state from the drop-down list.

4. Select OK.
   

The location is updated and is now associated with this Short List.
