Emailing From Short Lists Throwing Error

If when emailing from Short Lists you receive the following error:

First Error: Opportunity/Account ID: id value of incorrect type: a0qo00000008HYgAAM nullFIELD_INTEGRITY_EXCEPTION.

You Need to enable activity tracking on the short list link object.

  1. Navigate to Setup > Create > Cbjects > Short List Link > Edit.

  2. Select Enable Activity Tracking.
