What is a Short List?

The core to Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) is anchored in Jobscience's Short Lists feature. Short Lists provide a mechanism to group/folderize Contacts into actionable lists. These lists can be used to accomplish several key strategic CRM tasks:

Talent Pipeline Engagement: Short Lists empower recruiters to be more effective marketers. Whether to just say "hello", share thought leadership content, or promote job opportunities, users can engage more efficiently with the Short List members. It is the continuous engagement with Candidates that enables recruiters to reduce their investment in reactive and expensive recruitment marketing activities like Job Board postings.

Event Management: It is increasingly common whereby recruiters host meet up-style events to foster in-person relationships with prospective jobseekers. Jobscience Short Lists can be used to deliver mass invitations to the Short List members and then update each member's engagement status to the event (i.e., accepted invitation and attended, accepted invitation but did not attend, etc.).
